If You Have Moved Away And Already Have A New Dentist:
- Visit your dentist for an exam of the failed treatment immediately
- Give your Dental Warranty certificate for the failed treatment to your dentist and ask them to contact Dental Warranty. If you don’t have the certificate, don’t worry, we will have a record of your warranty on our end.
- Your dentist will work with Dental Warranty to make sure you receive coverage.
If You Have Moved And Don’t Have A New Dentist Yet:

- You may also contact Dental Warranty to receive names of dental practices in your area that are already offering Dental Warranty coverage.
- Give your Dental Warranty certificate for the failed treatment to your new dentist. (If you don’t have the certificate, don’t worry, we will have a record of your Dental Warranty.)
- Your dentist will work with Dental Warranty to make sure you receive your coverage.
